Marquee Hire
At
Mayfly we are extremely experienced in assessing
your site for marquee hire and advising you
accordingly. From the initial site visit, we will be
able to inform you of any issues that we may
encounter for the marquee build and iron out these
issues in a pre-emptive manner, allowing you, the
client, complete peace of mind.
With the latest Clearspan marquees, we are able to
create enormous custom built structures, guaranteed
to house and impress even the most hardened
corporate crowd. Naturally, we will tailor the build
entirely to your requirements, catering marquees,
custom built stages, Perspex roofs, star cloth
linings, black and white, LED dance floors, mirrored
or twinkling dance floors – with the combination of
our expertise and the range of items on offer, we
can ensure that the ultimate result maximises both
your space and budget.
Naturally, there is no formula to the genre of
marquee that we offer, so for those seeking a
ostentatious Big Top, a sumptuous Raj tent with
custom painted linings, or simply a traditional
English marquee with stunningly decorated inside
structural poles and guy ropes, we can cater to your
every whim.
Based on the initial site visit we will use the
latest technology to create a 3D mock up of your
structure, allowing you to visualise where and how
your party will unfold. From these ariel drawings
you will be able to see the exact position of each
table, the door, bar and dance floor, which will
provide you with a great idea of what you can expect
when the structure has been built.
Our on site carpenters, power and lighting
technicians will oversee the build and de-rig,
ensuring that nothing is left to chance. Along with
our event managers, we will ensure that both from an
aesthetic and health and safety perspective, no
stone is left unturned. Generators, luxury loos,
lighting trussing, carpeting, access points and
storage are all our expertise – your only concern is
what to wear on the day!
