Staffing
At Mayfly we take our
staffing very seriously. Therefore, we will only
employ polite, professional and experienced staff to
assist in the running of your event. We see it as a
top line priority to ensure that each and every
member of staff is hand picked – be this the chef
serving up delicious bacon sandwich from a barbeque
at the end of the night, the smiling valet who will
rush to your guests’ aid with an umbrella, or the
fabulous promotion girls, whizzing around the venue
on rollerblades – we understand that man power is
the essential ingredient in oiling the wheels of any
fabulous event. With this in mind, we only employ
the best – articulate, intelligent and efficient and
naturally willing to assist.
Discreet security staff, brawny porters, charming
waitresses, at Mayfly we ensure that each event is a
team effort, every member of staffed fully briefed
and managed, in order to ensure that not even the
tiniest detail is overlooked.
